Amazon Web Services (AWS) providing on-demand cloud computing platforms and APIs to individuals, companies, and governments, on a metered pay-as-you-go basis. These cloud computing web services provide a variety of basic abstract technical infrastructure and distributed computing building blocks and tools.

Microsoft Azure, commonly referred to as Azure, is a cloud computing service created by Microsoft for building, testing, deploying, and managing applications and services through Microsoft-managed data centers. It provides software as a service, platform as a service and infrastructure as a service and supports many different programming languages, tools, and frameworks, including both Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems.

Cloud Migration

Cloud data migration is the process of moving an organization’s data from: On-premise to public cloud, from one cloud provider to another or from cloud to on-premise

REDUCED COSTS – If managed properly, it should cost less to store and access your data in the cloud than in your own data center. You no longer own or rent the data center, and you don’t own the hardware. You’re renting storage space on someone else’s disk to keep your data.

You pay only for what you use, and the savings aren’t just in concrete financial costs, but also in time. No one needs to spend time ordering, receiving, racking, and stacking new servers. Ultimately, this saves you money.

Collaboration is the process of two or more people, entities or organizations working together to complete a task or achieve a goal. Collaboration is similar to cooperation. Most collaboration requires leadership, although the form of leadership can be social within a decentralized and egalitarian group. Collaboration tool may include following:

  • Online Communication Tools
  • Online Documentation Tools
  • Online Software Tools
  • Online Project Management Tools
  • Online Data Visualization Tools
  • Online Note Taking Apps
  • Online File Sharing Apps
  • Online CRM Tools

Encryption is a method of encoding data (messages or files) so that only authorized parties can read or access that data. Encryption uses complex algorithms to scramble the data being sent. Once received, the data can be decrypted using a key provided by the originator of the message.

It is the process of taking plain text, like a text message or email, and scrambling it into an unreadable format — called “cipher text.” This helps protect the confidentiality of digital data either stored on computer systems or transmitted through a network like the internet.

Google Workspace

Hosted Cloud

A hosted private cloud is off-premises instead of on-premises, meaning the cloud servers are not physically located on the grounds of the organization using them. Instead, a third party manages and hosts the cloud remotely.

A cloud-hosted environment is generally the “on-premise” software hosted on dedicated server(s) managed by the vendor on behalf of the customer. … Expansion may require the purchase and setup of additional hardware (servers) because software is hosted on dedicated servers by the vendor.

Secure File Sharing
